Terms of Use

These terms apply to the MeasurePulse AI Android app (com.measurepulse.ar) and this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Measurements are estimates

Phone-based measurements depend on your device’s camera and sensors, lighting, surface texture and how the phone is held. All readings, floor plans, areas, volumes, and AI advisor results (tiles, paint, AC tonnage/BTU, TV size) are estimates for planning only.

Always confirm critical dimensions with a physical measuring tool, and get professional advice for structural, electrical, HVAC or safety-related work, before you cut, order materials, or install anything. The app is not a certified measuring instrument and must not be used where an inaccurate reading could cause injury, damage or financial loss.

3. MeasurePulse AI Pro

Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (USD 2.99 or the local equivalent shown by Google Play). It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Pro removes ads and unlocks instant PDF blueprint and shopping-list exports on devices signed in to the same Google account. Use Restore Purchase after reinstalling.
Payments, refunds and taxes are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, Pro features are removed.
Pro covers the app’s features as they exist and future updates we choose to release; it does not guarantee that the app will be supported forever.

4. Ads

The free version is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Optional rewarded videos unlock a PDF export; you can skip them by upgrading to Pro. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, interfere with its ads or purchase checks, or use it in breach of any law, including privacy laws when pointing the camera at people or private property.

6. Your content

Rooms, plans, snapshots and PDFs you create belong to you and are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing them up and for anything you choose to share.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on Google services (Google Play, Google Play Services for AR, Google Mobile Ads, User Messaging Platform and ML Kit), which have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on measurements or estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
